Entity resolution: Configuring

Once Entity Resolution is installed, you must then configure the server settings in the global configuration.

Accessing the settings

  • In Linkurious Enterprise, open the Admin & Settings menu
  • Select Global Configuration
  • Go to the Entity Resolution section

Then:

  • Verify Entity Resolution is enabled (enabled is true by default)
  • Enter a valid Entity Resolution server URL
  • (Optional) Enter your Service API key (recommended for production use)
  • Click Save after filling out the necessary fields.

⚠️ You cannot save your configuration and use any part of the Entity Resolution feature (mapping, running, etc.) unless a valid Entity Resolution server URL is configured.

Configuring email notifications (optional)

You can enable email notifications for Entity Resolution-related events, such as:

  • Successful completion of the Entity Resolution process
  • Errors during the Entity Resolution process
  • License issues (e.g., expiration or credit depletion)

✉️ Email notifications are disabled by default and must be explicitly enabled in the global configuration. Please ensure that your email notifications are correctly configured beforehand.
