Entity resolution: Managing the license

For test use or trials, entity Resolution does not need a specific license to function. The evaluation license gives you access to 100 000 records to ingest.

For production use, admins must ensure a valid Linkurious Enterprise license containing Entity Resolution credits is configured for Entity Resolution to function.

License details appear in the License Management menu of Linkurious Enterprise. You can access License Management from the wheel menu, or from Entity Resolution license metrics section.

Uploading and updating the license

If you have bought a license that contains credits for Entity Resolution, you can upload this license in Linkurious Enterprise. Your new license contains Entity Resolution information. Once uploaded and validated, you will be able to see Entity Resolution license details, with credits available and expiration date.

After running the Entity Resolution process, you will be able to see your credit consumption.

⚠️Uploading an invalid license will disable Entity Resolution. If you have a problem with the license you received, please get in touch.

Expired licenses

If your Entity Resolution license expires (by date or credit limit):

  • Users see a warning on first login
  • Running Entity Resolution is blocked (i.e., the "start" and "clear" buttons are disabled)
  • Existing results remain visible in the graph
  • Admins are prompted to update the license
  • An email notification is sent to admins

⚠️ Metrics may show zero if the license is expired, due to a limitation in the Senzing engine.
