Alerts: Configuration
How to enable, disable and customise alerts?
Alerts can be configured and customised on the Global Configuration page that can be accessed under the Admin menu.
The following parameters are available:
enabled(default:true): This is the feature activation parameter. Its default valuetruewill enable the feature whilefalsewill disable it completely.maxMatchesLimit(default:5000): This parameter sets the maximum number of matches an alertmodelquery can return.maxRuntimeLimit(default:600000): This parameter sets the maximum execution time, in milliseconds, for an alertmodelorpre-processingquery.⚠️ For the
case attributequery, the applied timeout israwQueryTimeoutavailable under the advanced settings.alwaysRefreshCaseAttributes(default:false): This parameter determines whether the case attributes will be recomputed during every alert run or not. When set tofalse, only the cases with new matches will have their attributes recomputed. When set totrue, recomputation for all cases will be forced.enableDataPreprocessing(default:true): When this parameter is enabled, a new section called "Data preprocessing" will be enabled in the alert creation/edition window. This will allow users to use queries that write to the database in order to prepare data for the alert.
