Connecting to Google Cloud Spanner database

First, you need to get your access credentials. You can do this by creating a service account in the Google Cloud Console and downloading the JSON key file. Make sure to set the environment variable GOOGLE_APPLICATION_CREDENTIALS to the path of your JSON key file.
