What are email notifications?
Linkurious Enterprise supports email notifications for the following events, when they are correctly configured by admins.
Email notifications when new cases appear in alerts.
Alert users can expect an email including information on the latest activity on alerts which they have access to and URLs of the alerts for easy access.
Email notifications when a case is assigned to a user.
Alert users who have cases assigned to them by another user, will receive an email including the case assigned to them, the status and creation date of the case and the user who assigned it to them as well as the URL for easy access to the case.
Email notifications when a user is mentioned in a visualization.
Users who are mentioned in a specific visualization will receive an email containing a URL. When opening the URL, depending on their access rights in said visualization, they will be redirected to it.
Email notifications when a user is mentioned in a case.
Users who are mentioned in a comment of a case, will receive an email containing the URL of the case they were tagged in. When opening the URL, depending on their access rights in said alert, they will be redirected to the case view.
